  • 1 pound marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipped cream, can use evaporated lowfat milk
  • Crushed graham crackers (to cover the bottom of container)
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple

Инструкции

  1. Heat marshmallows into pineapple juice in a pan. Let mix cold and add in whipped cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk and crushed pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Spread graham crackers on the bottom of buttered pan (save approximately 1/2 c. of crushed graham crackers for the topping). Pour mix over the top and put in refrigerator to set. Serve cool.
