24 marshmallows 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed 3/4 tbsp. lemon rind, grated 1 (10 ounce.) box vanilla wafers

1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped 1/4 c. lowfat milk 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

1. Heat marshmallows and 1/4 c. lowfat milk over warm water. After melted, add in 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed, 1/4 c. pineapple juice, lemon riand nd lemon juice. Set aside till cool. Add in whipped cream. While it is cooling make vanilla wafer mix.
