- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar till light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to first mix, beat till smooth.
- Drop by level tablespoonsful onto baking sheet covered with foil. Bake in warm oven at 450 degrees for 7 min. Cold on racks and combine back to back with filling.
