- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 c. crispy corn puff, toasted oats, corn flakes, or possibly whole wheat flake cereal

- Butter square 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Heat marshmallows and butter in 3 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly till marshmallows are melted and mix smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Stir in half the cereal at a time till proportionately coated. Press in pan. Cold. 36 bars. Can add in peanut butter to make peanut butter marshmallow bars. Just add in 1/2 c. peanut butter to marshmallow mix and heat along with.
