Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 sm Garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Dry dillweed
  • 2 x Marlin steaks, (6-oz)
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine

Инструкции

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, basil, thyme, tarragon and dillweed in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Herb sauce can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
  2. Butter 8-inch square baking dish. Spread each side of Marlin steaks with 1 Tbsp. herb sauce. Place in prepared dish and refrigerate30 min.
  3. Preheat oven to 400&;F. Pour wine over Marlin. Bake till fish is just cooked through, about 17 min. Transfer to plates. Serve, passing remaining herb sauce separately.
  4. Serves 2.
