Marinated Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
4 green onions, minced into 1/2 inch pcs
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Freshly grnd pepper

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Serve salad chilled.
