Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 med Head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 x Green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 8 x Celery stalks, minced
  • 1 sm Onion, grated

Инструкции

  1. Mix dressing ingredients. Combine cole slaw ingredients and toss with dressing. In a covered container, chill overnight. When ready to serve, mix cole slaw with mayonnaise.
  2. Yield: 10 to 12
  3. Prep Time: 30minutes
  4. Chilling Time: overnight
