Ингредиенты

3 pound flank steak or possibly top sirloin, cut in cubes or possibly strips 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 2 T garlic salt

2 c. cooking sherry 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. Worcestershire sauce

1. Put together above ingredients, pour over meat. Marinate overnight. If too spicy, dilute. Broil for 15-20 min turning occasionally.
