Ингредиенты

1 pound cooked roast beef 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced 3/4 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. dairy cream

Инструкции

1. Cut meat into thin strips. Separate onion into rings. Combine beef, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined dishes. Makes 6 servings.
