2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken 8 ounce. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. vinegar

1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon dry whole oregano 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, chopped

1. Place chicken in large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill chicken over medium coals till done. Turn and baste every few min.
