3/4 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 c. soy sauce Juice of 1 sm. lemon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken or possibly chicken breasts

1. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken in roasting pan. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning several times. Bake, covered, 50 to 55 min in 300 degree oven.
