Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ингредиенты

9 ounce pkg. frzn artichoke hearts
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Salt & pepper
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

Cook artichoke hearts in boiling salted water till tender about 5 min; drain. In a small jar, shake together wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper till salt dissolves. Add in oil and shake again. Pour this over artichokes. Serve at room temperature.
