1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar

2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. ginger root, grated or possibly chopped

Mix ingredients well. Meat should marinate overnight for best flavor. This marinade goes well with beef, chicken, veal, lamb or possibly pork. Flavor is exceptional when cooked over charcoal fire.
