2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. meat tenderizer

1. Pierce the meat in several places and brush on marinade. Let it stand from 30 min to overnight - this is excellent on flank steak.
