1 tbsp. chopped dry onion 2 tbsp. duck sauce or possibly Saucy Susan 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. Combine all ingredients. Place meat in marinade, turning a few times. Meat can marinade between 3 to 12 hrs.
