1 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon minced mint leaves

1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
2 lamb steaks or possibly 1/2 chicken breasts

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients. Cover lamb steaks or possibly chicken breasts with mix and marinate 30 min to 4 hrs (chill if necessary). Grill, basting with leftover marinade.
