3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Dash of freshly grnd black pepper
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, gently crushed

Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over the artichoke hearts. Marinate in refrigerator several hrs before serving.
