Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/8 c. Corn meal, yellow
  • 1 1/8 c. Wheat flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Maple syrup
  • 1 x Egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, sweet
  • 3 Tbsp. Shortening

Инструкции

  1. Add in shortening to syrup. Mix all ingredients. Pour into shallow, well greased pan. Bake 20 min in warm oven. Cut into squares and serve warm.
  2. Note: Warm oven is 400 - 450 F.
