- Maple Glazed Carrots and
- Maple Caramelized Potatoes
- Quick Recipe:
- Maple Butter
- 2 sticks softened unsalted butter
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Beat together softened butter, honey and maple syrup
- Shape into a 1-inch diameter log
- Wrap in plastic wrap
- Chill in the refrigerator
- Serve with: pancakes, waffles, french toast or
- drizzle over popped popcorn
