Ингредиенты

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 3/4 c. Maple syrup
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 lrg Large eggs MAPLE COCONUT TOPPING

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350. Put flour, pwdr, salt, soda & nuts into ungreased 8-9" baking pan. Stir with fork to mix. Add in remaining ingredients except topping. Stir to blend well. Bake 25-30 min. Remove pan from oven. Set oven to broil. Spread Maple Coconut Topping proportionately over warm cake. Broil, watching carefully, 2-3 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on rack. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
