- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
- 3/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped, plus more for topping
- Maple Glaze Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
- 3/4 – 1 cup powdered sugar
- cinnamon for sprinkling
