  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 box manicotti shells

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook shells rinse in cold water
  3. spread 3/4 cup of spaghetti suase on bottom of 13x9 baking dish
  4. mix egg, cheeses until well blended
  5. spoon mixture into large resealable bag and cut off corner.
  6. Fill manicotti shells squeezing mixture into both sides of the shell
  7. Place filled shells into the dish.
  8. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over manicotti
  9. Cover with foil
  10. Bake 40 minutes (30 with foil 10 without)
