  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Mango pulp
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 ounce Pistachios, grnd

Инструкции

  1. In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, lowfat milk, water, pulp, and sugar. Whisk briskly till completely mixed. Chill.
  2. To serve, pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the grnd pistachios over the top.
  3. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
