  • 2 x mangoes
  • 1/3 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp ginger, crushed

Инструкции

  1. Peel, seed and dice mango.
  2. Combine sugar and water in a pan, bring to the boil, add in mango, lemon juice and ginger and simmer 10 min. Allow to cold.
  3. Blend or possibly process till smooth; chill before using.
  4. Serve with fresh fruits or possibly ice-cream.
  5. Makes about 2 c..
