mango Mango Dal is an interesting combination made using raw mango and Tur dal. This healthy recipe can be enjoyed  with chapati or hot rice. It is an interesting variation during the mango season. 1 cup tur 1/2 cup grated raw  pinch turmeric 1-2 green salt to 1 1/2 -2 cups 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp cumin few fresh curry 2-3 tsps Pinch Method-Cook dal in pressure cooker along with turmeric pwd.
