PREPARATION METHOD

Chop mangoes into smaller pieces. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this chopped mango for serving purpose. Grind the remaining mango pieces into fine paste without adding water.

Take 50 ml of milk and add the custard powder and mix well until there are no lumps.

Now place a saucepan on flame and boil milk. When it boils well add the custard paste slowly keep stirring as you add the paste using a whisk or ladle so that no lumps are formed.

Now add sugar and switch off the flame.

Add the ground mango paste, cream and stir well.

Remove from flame and refrigerate. (See that the custard is slightly thick but in pouring consistency)

While serving pour the chilled custard in a small serving cup add a lot of chopped mangoes and serve.

TIP 1: You can top it with some almonds or any nuts, you can drizzle some honey also. Customize and serve as you would like to.

TIP 2: Top as much as mango pieces you want while you serve.

TIP 3: Tastes best when chilled.
