  • 3/4 pound turkey/chicken
  • 2 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pea pods, bite-size
  • 2 c. fresh bean spouts
  • Kikkoman stir-fry sauce (Or possibly) Debbies' Secret Sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 c. white onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

  1. Thin slice breast meat into bite-size pcs. (Less than 1/4 inch thick.) Place meat and onion in Wok with 2 Tbsp. peanut oil and cook 5 to 7 min or possibly till 90% cooked through. Drain oils and residue from Wok and place meat on bed of paper towels to remove most of the oil. Set cooked meat aside. To Wok add in 2 Tbsp. peanut oil and heat oil. Add in carrots, Bell pepper, pea pods, celery and 1/4 c. water. Steam till tender, stir in meat and add in bean sprouts. Add in 1/2 c. Stir-Fry Sauce and mix. Cover Wok and steam to cook bean sprouts (3 to 4 min) and serve over bed of chow-mein noodles. Can be used with either turkey or possibly chicken (per your desires).
  2. ALTERNATE: May be served over bed of steamed white rice. 3 to 4 servings.
