- 1 Tbsp. Beer
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 sm Minced bell pepper
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr

- Mix ingredients till you have a good, thick consistency, adding more corn meal or possibly flour if needed. Drop by tb.spoon full into deep warm fat. Fry till golden.
