  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 1/4 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Instant malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 c. Minced malted lowfat milk balls

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds or possibly till softened. Add in the sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda. Beat till combined. Beat in Large eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate till combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour and the malted lowfat milk pwdr. Stir in malted lowfat milk balls.
  2. Drop dough from a rounded tsp. 2 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375F degree oven about 10 min or possibly till edges are hard. Cold on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Remove cookies from cookie sheet and cold on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container or possibly plastic bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
