Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Flakes of corn, (for frying)
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Raisins
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cashewnut broken bits
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Thin coconut slivers
  • 1 stalk curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric pwdr
  • 4 pch citric acid powdered, (4 to 5)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar powdered Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Khuskhus seeds Oil to deep fry

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Add in some flakes at a time, and fry until whitish.
  3. Drain, put on kitchen paper to soak excess oil.
  4. Repeat for all flakes, transfer to a large plate.
  5. Fry peanuts, cashews, coconut to golden, drain.
  6. Add in to fried corn flakes.
  7. Fry raisins, curry leaves, add in to corn flakes.
  8. Sprinkle all remaining ingredients over flakes.
  9. Toss gently to mix well.
  10. Cold completely before storing in airtight glass jar.
  11. Serve as munchies, for picnics, tv shows, etc.
  12. Making time: 30 min
  13. Makes: 250 g approx.
  14. Shelflife: 2 weeks
