%20so%20I%20opted%20not%20to%20upload%20them%20in%20my%20blog.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20morning%20the%20baking%20bugs%20bit%20me%20again%20and%20I%20thought%20of%20making%20some%20easy%20and%20simple%20moist%20cupcakes%20using%20the%20cream%20cheese%20leftover%20in%20my%20fridge.%20I%20first%20discovered%20the%20original%20cupcake%20recipe%20from%20a%20baking%20group%20on%20Facebook%20sometime%20ago%20but%20I%20could%20not%20remember%20which%20one.%20On%20another%20unrelated%20note,%20Naomi%20decided%20to%20act%20super%20clingy%20when%20I%20was%20halfway%20preparing%20the%20cake%20batter%20so%20I%20had%20to%20carry%20her%20whilst%20making%20the%20cupcake%20batter.%20So%20Moms,%20perhaps%20it%20is%20a%20good%20idea%20to%20get%20busy%20in%20the%20kitchen%20when%20your%20kids%20are%20napping%20or%20something.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway,%20what%20I%20made%20earlier%20today%20was%20Chocolate%20Vanilla%20Marble%20Cupcakes%20because%20I%20simply%20thought%20plain%20vanilla%20cupcakes%20would%20be%20too%20boring.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStarting%20my%20weekend%20with%20a%20basket%20full%20of%20cupcakes!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20the%20modified%20recipe%20that%20I%20used%20for%20making%20my%20cupcakes%20today:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20Vanilla%20Marble%20Cupcakes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETutorial:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%20together%20flour%20and%20milk%20powder,%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20beat%20cream%20cheese,%20butter,%20sugar%20and%20vanilla%20extract%20until%20creamy%20by%20using%20high-speed%20electric%20mixer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20eggs%20one%20by%20one%20into%20the%20batter%20and%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFold%20the%20sifted%20flour%20into%20the%20cake%20batter%20by%20using%20spatula%20until%20well%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20separate%20bowl,%20pour%20some%20of%20the%20white%20cake%20batter%20to%20the%20cocoa%20powder%20and%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlternately%20spoon%20the%20white%20and%20chocolate%20batter%20into%20cupcake%20moulds/liners%20and%20make%20swirl%20on%20the%20cupcakes%20by%20using%20a%20skewer%20or%20toothpick.%20Don't%20fill%20too%20much%20batter%20into%20the%20cupcake%20liners%20or%20they%20will%20overflow%20as%20they%20bake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20the%20cupcakes%20in%20a%20preheated%20oven%20at%20180%20degree%20Celcius%20for%20about%2020%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20skewer%20inserted%20into%20the%20cupcake%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E**%20This%20recipe%20makes%20more%20than%20about%20a%20dozen%20of%20cupcakes%20or%20slightly%20more.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20inside%20of%20the%20marble%20cupcakes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20above%20recipe%20(minus%20the%20cocoa%20powder)%20is%20actually%20a%20versatile%20plain%20vanilla%20cupcake%20recipe.%20I%20have%20tested%20this%20adaptable%20cupcake%20recipe%20two%20weeks%20ago%20by%20adding%20some%20fresh%20lemon%20juice%20and%20rind%20into%20the%20cupcake%20batter.%20The%20lemon%20cupcakes%20tasted%20yummy%20but%20sadly%20they%20didn't%20look%20pretty%20because%20I%20poured%20too%20much%20batter%20in%20the%20cupcake%20liners.%20You%20can%20always%20get%20creative%20with%20this%20basic%20cupcake%20recipe%20by%20making%20lemon%20cupcakes,%20orange%20cupcakes,%20chocolate%20cupcakes,%20cupcakes%20with%20fruit%20jam,%20etc.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
