%20Chiffon%20Cake%20(2)%20Carrot%20Cake%20(3)%20Cheese%20Cake%20(4)%20Muffins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBased%20on%20his%20preferences,%20my%20head%20started%20thinking.%20Chiffon%20cake%20is%20a%20little%20bit%20tedious%20to%20make%20because%20I'd%20have%20to%20beat%20the%20eggs%20twice%20separately%20plus%20the%20ingredients%20are%20many.%20I%20have%20carrots%20in%20my%20fridge%20but%20don't%20have%20nuts%20and%20cheese%20cream%20at%20the%20moment.%20After%20I%20finished%20hanging%20my%20laundry,%20I%20went%20upstairs%20and%20browsed%20some%20random%20cake%20recipes.%20Minutes%20later,%20I%20made%20my%20mind%20and%20decided%20to%20make%20some%20apple%20muffins%20because%20I%20realized%20I%20have%204%20apples%20in%20my%20fridge%20and%20we%20are%20just%20very%20slow%20in%20finishing%20the%20apples%20we%20bought%20last%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDespite%20the%20water%20issue%20that%20I%20encountered%20this%20morning,%20I%20went%20ahead%20with%20making%20some%20muffins.%20The%20recipe%20of%20the%20Apple%20Cinnamon%20Muffins%20that%20I%20picked%20today%20is%20certainly%20a%20winning%20recipe.%20It's%20so%20easy%20and%20quick%20to%20make%20plus%20doesn't%20involved%20too%20many%20ingredients.%20The%20whole%20preparation%20time%20took%20me%20about%2015-20%20minutes,%20including%20peeling%20and%20chopping%20the%20apples%20to%20dices%20and%20there%20was%20not%20much%20mess%20I%20created%20in%20my%20kitchen%20after%20baking%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMuffins,%20anyone?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20adapted%20the%20recipe%20from%20this%20source.%20I%20only%20made%20half%20of%20the%20ingredients%20and%20here's%20my%20version%20of%20recipe.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBest%20Apple%20Cinnamon%20Muffins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EApple%20Cinnamon%20Muffins%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETutorials%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20170%20degree%20Celcius.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%20together%20flour,%20milk%20powder,%20baking%20soda%20and%20cinnamon%20powder.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20together%20sugar,%20egg,%20vegetable%20oil%20and%20vanilla%20extract%20by%20using%20electric%20mixer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECoat%20the%20apples%20with%20some%20of%20the%20flour%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20dry%20ingredients%20onto%20the%20wet%20mixture%20by%20using%20a%20spatula.%20Add%20the%20diced%20apples%20onto%20the%20batter.%20Fold%20them%20until%20well%20combined.%20The%20batter%20will%20be%20very%20thick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20muffin%20batter%20onto%20muffins%20pans%20which%20are%20already%20lined%20with%20muffin%20papers%20until%203/4%20full.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20the%20muffin%20tops%20with%20some%20brown%20sugar%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20the%20muffins%20for%2020-25%20minutes%20until%20golden%20brown.%20Best%20served%20warm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E**%20This%20recipe%20makes%20about%209%20medium-sized%20muffins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESweet%20little%20muffin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20muffins%20were%20so%20delicious.%20The%20brown%20sugar%20tops%20were%20slightly%20crunchy%20and%20the%20inside%20of%20the%20muffins%20was%20so%20moist.%20Not%20to%20mention%20that%20they%20were%20so%20fragrant%20too.%20My%20house%20was%20literally%20blanketed%20with%20cinnamon%20aroma%20as%20the%20muffins%20baked%20into%20perfection%20inside%20the%20piping%20hot%20oven.%20These%20muffins%20didn't%20have%20that%20nice%20round%20dome%20shape%20on%20the%20top%20because%20of%20the%20apples%20chunks%20and%20I%20think%20I%20went%20too%20overboard%20with%20the%20amount%20of%20apples%20I%20used%20today.%20I%20chopped%202%20Fuji%20Apples%20and%20pour%20everything%20into%20the%20muffin%20batter.%20Nevertheless,%20they%20still%20tasted%20very%20good!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
