  • 4 c. long-grain rice
  • 4 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry tarragon
  • 2 tsp dry parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients, stir till proportionately distributed, store in an air-tight container.
  2. To make 4 - 6 servings, mix:1-1/3 c. of the above chicken-flavored rice mix, 2 c. cool water,1 tbsp butter or possibly margarine in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover,reduce heat, and cook 15 min, till liquid is absorbed.
