  • 1 lrg can apple juice
  • 1 pkt pickling spice
  • 1 pkt whole cloves
  • 1 pkt stick cinnamon

  1. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and add in water to fill. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, for as long as you like.
  2. This mix will last about 1 week. If you wish to use it again, strain out the spices and add in fresh juice and water. Be sure to re-use the spices in the next brew, maybe adding a little more of the spices.
