Make Ahead Potatoes Or Twice Bakedpotatoes

Ингредиенты

5 lbs. potatoes or possibly 9 lg.
2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 c. lowfat sour cream

1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon butter
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 ounce or possibly 2 sm.)

Инструкции

Boil potatoes or possibly bake in microwave, skin and mash and mix with all remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and bake 30 min or possibly bake potato in skin till tender. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop out and mash. Add in other ingredients and fill potato skin. Sprinkle with paprika or possibly bacon bits and cheese is good too. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks. Nice to fix ahead for company.
