1 pt. of shelled clams, cleaned and minced 1 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed coarsely 1 egg

Juice of clams Salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Blend together all ingredients, using sufficient clam juice to hold everything together and make patties, like hamburgers. Fry patties in fat or possibly hot oil till golden. Set on paper towel to absorb any excess fat. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper and serve.
