Ингредиенты

8-10 med. potatoes, cooked
1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. lowfat sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic salt
Butter
Paprika

Инструкции

Beat potatoes with electric mixer till smooth; add in cream cheese and lowfat sour cream. If mix is too stiff, add in lowfat milk. Place in 2 qt casserole. Season with garlic salt. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
