Рецепт Magic Sausage and Bean Stew
Ok, so it's not really magic. But this incredibly easy to make stew proved very popular when I made it last week and, as long as you can use a can opener, you can make a giant pot of this.
Magic Sausage and Bean Stew
- 2 lbs
- smoked sausage
- 1 lb
- hot Italian sausage
- 1
- large onion
- 1 15oz can
- black beans
- 1 15oz can
- pinto beans
- 1 15oz can
- butter beans
- 1 15oz can
- kidney beans
- 1 16oz can
- tomato sauce
- 1 29oz can
- diced tomatoes
- 1 15oz can
- corn
- 2 cups
- beef broth
- 1/4 cup
- fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp
- smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp
- oregano
- 1/2 tsp
- chili powder
- 1/4 tsp
- red chili flakes
Dice the onion and sausage and brown in a large Dutch oven.
Drain and rinse the cans of beans and add to the pan, along with the tomato sauce, tomatoes, drained corn, and beef broth.
Add the seasonings (more or less, depending on your taste).
Simmer for at least 15 minutes and there is a simple, filling, and tasty stew for 10-12 people, plus praise from all who try some.
No, this isn't my kitchen, but wouldn't this be a cool way to cook stew!
