  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c. diced ham or possibly bacon
  • Scant 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • Mushrooms; optional
  • Broccoli; optional

  1. Grease 8 or possibly 9 inch pie pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min. Allow quiche to cold 15 min before eating.
