- 2 x garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise

- Heat broiler. On a cutting board mash garlic with salt till you have a paste. Add in rosemary leaves to paste and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and fold in mustard and mayonnaise.
- Arrange fish fillets in broiler pan. Spread proportionately with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source till cooked through, about 8 min.
