Macaroni Vegetable Kozhukattai Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice Rava – 250 gms
- Carrot – 1 cup, grated or chopped
- Cabbage – 1 cup, grated or chopped
- Green Peas – 1 cup, shelled
- Capsicum – 1, finely chopped
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Macaroni – 1/4 cup, boiled
- Salt as per taste
- Water – as required, 1: 1.5 ratio (1 part rava, 1 1/2 parts water)
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Saute the carrot, cabbage, peas and capsicum for a few minutes.
3. Add salt and stir well.
4. Pour water and bring to a boil.
5. Add rice rava and stir well.
6. Now add the macaroni and remove to cool.
7. Shape them into kozhukattais and steam cook on an idli plate for 10 minutes.
8. Serve.
