  • 16 ounce. pkg. macaroni
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1/4 c. minced pimento
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. grated onion
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato

  1. Cook macaroni and drain. Pour vinegar over macaroni; allow to stand for 10 min. Toss macaroni and all other ingredients together except lettuce and tomato. Pile salad on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges. Yields 8 servings.
