Ингредиенты

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shell macaroni
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Cook macaroni, drain and cold. Add in remaining ingredients, stirring gently. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Sprinkle with paprika, just before serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
