2 c. uncooked spiral macaroni
4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 c. chopped yellow or possibly Vidalia onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Mayonnaise to taste

Инструкции

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine with Large eggs, onion, cheddar cheese, and dry mustard. Fold in mayonnaise just before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
