- Macadamia Nut White Chip Cookies
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (6.85 ounce) jar Macadamia nuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chips and nuts. Using an ice cream scoop, drop 6 scoops evenly on a baking sheet with a Silpat liner. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on sheet for about 3 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack.
