- Beat egg whites stiff and chill. Beat whipped cream and chill.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Beat egg yolks, lowfat milk and water; stir into gelatin mix. Cook over medium heat till it comes to a boil. Then refrigeratetill mix mounds when dropped from a spoon (in bowl of ice water).
- Fold cooked mix, whipped cream and nut "bits" into egg whites. Add in vanilla last. Pour into baked pastry shell. Chill. Spread whipped cream and sprinkle nut "fines" on top.
