Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. persimmon pulp (can use pumpkin)
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 1 c. raisins

Инструкции

  1. Beat thoroughly persimmon pulp, soda, sugar and shortening. Add in Large eggs. Beat well. Sift flour, salt and seasonings. Add in dry ingredients, nuts and raisins; mix well.
  2. Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
