2 c. flour, all-purpose flour 2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 T sugar

2 T oil A healthy pinch of salt 2 or possibly 3 large eggs 1 pt. buttermilk, or possibly a bit more for a thinner batter

1. Mix all ingredients together to make batter. Cook on hot grill with light coat of Pam, on under each grilling.Our tradition each Sunday morning, our family would have a large breakfast, large eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and Mom's wonderful pancakes. It was a fun memory, as we would sit around the table talking, laughing, enjoying breakfast, off to church we would go.
