Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 slice bread, cut in tiny cubes
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 2 Large eggs

  1. Mix all but topping ingredients and pat into loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
