2 c. baking mix 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 cartons (6 ounce. each) yogurt (any flavor)

1/2 c. sugar 2 c. chilled whipping cream 2 c. miniature marshmallows 3 c. mixed fresh fruit

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Press in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake till light brown, about 15 min; cold.
2. Mix yogurt and 1/2 c. sugar. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl till stiff. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into yogurt mix; spread over crust. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs. Cut into squares; top with fruit. Chill any remaining dessert. 9 servings.
